1. Unpack Z.tgz into /usr/local/share/themes , or wherever
   you have your themes.

2. chown -R root:root Z    to make the files root owned

3. Put the gtkrc-2.0 file in your homedir as a hidden file .gtkrc-2.0
   Edit the include file location if the theme directory is different
